Day-to-day, Russell serves as the Corporate Spokesperson for Toronto Hydro, where he's responsible for setting the strategic direction for media relations, corporate issues management and emergency management communications.
He is certified in Incident Command Systems (Canada) and Post-Disaster Public Engagement from IAP2 Canada.
